Exploration from an idea

It began with a familiar frustration: sending more than 200 WhatsApp messages one by one to invite customers to an event. Slow, repetitive, and in the end the account even got blocked by the platform for suspicious behaviour. Answering customers by hand has the same problem. Replies come slowly, messages get missed outside business hours, and a customer who waits too long simply buys somewhere else.
What if customer data could connect to WhatsApp, every invitation could send itself, and a chatbot could answer instantly at any hour?
This site is my exploration of that idea, built as if it were a real product, with sample stories and figures for illustration.
